All you really need to send us the video is a smartphone, either iPhone or Android to shoot the video, someone to shoot the video and you, the chef. You need about 1GB of storage on your phone to store the video.

1) A tripod with device to hold the phone. Makes the shot steadier and easier      to adjust if you are sitting or standing.

2) A microphone that plugs into the phone, so everyone can hear the chef          when he or she is in the kitchen.
