Chef Mika’s Pineapple Mint Smoothie

​

Ingredients:
 

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple peeled, cored and cubed

  • 6-7 mint leaves, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Ice

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Water; add more if needed

  • Dried crushed Moringa, pinch

  • 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger 

  • 1/8 tsp Ground Turmeric 

  • 1/8 cup Agave nectar or honey (optional) 


 

Preparation:
 

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender

  1. Remove from blender and pour into glasses

  1. Serve and Enjoy!
