Chef Mika’s Pineapple Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:
-
2 cups fresh pineapple peeled, cored and cubed
-
6-7 mint leaves, chopped
-
1/2 cup Ice
-
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
-
1/4 cup Coconut Water; add more if needed
-
Dried crushed Moringa, pinch
-
1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
-
1/8 tsp Ground Turmeric
-
1/8 cup Agave nectar or honey (optional)
Preparation:
-
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender
-
Remove from blender and pour into glasses
-
Serve and Enjoy!
